The Haunting of Molly Hartley


    I often enjoy the ethereal genre of the haunting of spirits from beyond our world. "The Haunting of Molly Hartley" devolves into more of a teen angst flick meets devil's seed feature that never really gets off the ground. It was as if Ed Wood was making films again and without the campy feel, which at least provided a few incredulous laughs.

    If anything good can be said about the picture is that it only lasted 82 minutes. I'd mention a few of the actors, the director, the pathetic script writers (no kidding, it took two to write a script this bad), but who cares.

    If you enjoy Devil seed movies, this may be your film. For everyone else, stay away.
